betpeo is strictly an adults-only platform. Access is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or its license jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from individuals under the applicable minimum age.
Age verification is conducted as part of the KYC process. The betpeo Platform does not contain outbound links to third-party websites or external services. All navigation links on betpeo point exclusively to internal Platform pages.
Where third-party service providers (payment processors, identity verification tools) are accessed through the Platform as part of completing a transaction or KYC process, those providers operate under their own privacy policies and terms of service, which are independent of this Policy. betpeo is not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party providers.
betpeo reserves the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy at any time to reflect changes in our data practices, regulatory requirements or Platform features. Material changes — those that significantly affect how we collect or use your Personal Data — will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent on-Platform notice at least 14 days before the change takes effect.
