These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the betpeo platform. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bets. By creating an account or using any betpeo service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement", "these Terms" or "T&Cs") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "User", "Player" or "you") and betpeo (referred to herein as "betpeo", "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming information platform accessible at betpeo.cam.
By accessing the betpeo platform, creating an account, making a deposit, claiming a promotional offer, placing a bet or using any feature of the Service, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. betpeo is an English-language platform designed specifically for the Pakistani market. All content — including these Terms — is written in English. betpeo does not hold a Pakistani gambling license and is not affiliated with the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, or any Pakistani provincial regulatory authority.

To register and maintain an Account on betpeo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout the duration of your Account.
Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or applicable license jurisdiction. betpeo strictly prohibits access by minors. Age verification will be conducted as part of the KYC process, and any Account found to belong to an underage individual will be immediately suspended and all funds returned where required by applicable operator policy.
Account registration requires you to complete the betpeo registration form with accurate personal details, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and a secure password. All fields are mandatory unless indicated otherwise.
4.1 KYC Verification
betpeo applies a standard Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents before your Account is fully activated or before withdrawals are processed:
Failure to provide required KYC documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal suspension or Account closure. KYC requirements are set by the operator and subject to change.
4.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. betpeo will not be held liable for any loss arising from unauthorized access to your Account caused by your failure to keep login details secure. By using the betpeo Platform, you agree to access and use the Service strictly in accordance with these Terms. Permitted and prohibited uses are defined below.

All deposits on betpeo are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or, where applicable, cryptocurrency equivalents. Minimum deposit thresholds are set by the operator and are subject to change; illustrative examples provided on the Platform (e.g., PKR 1,000 minimum) are for guidance only.
betpeo references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual examples for Pakistani users. betpeo does not represent that any of these providers endorse, permit or support gambling transactions. Availability of specific payment methods is determined by the operator and individual provider policies, which may change at any time without notice.
Note: Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, USDT) are accepted where the operator's cashier permits. Exchange rates are applied at the time of the transaction. Crypto transactions are generally non-reversible once confirmed on-chain.
betpeo is not responsible for any fees applied by your bank, mobile wallet or payment provider in connection with deposits. Such fees are the sole responsibility of the User. Deposits made to betpeo from sources not registered in your name may be rejected and returned.
Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification, satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements on Bonus Funds, and compliance with these Terms. betpeo reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.

All bets placed on betpeo are subject to the Platform's betting rules. By placing a bet, you accept the odds presented at the time the bet is confirmed. The following general rules apply:
9.1 Bet Acceptance
A bet is considered accepted only once a confirmation message or bet ID is issued by the Platform. betpeo reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed on erroneous odds.
9.2 Void Bets
Bets may be voided in circumstances including: match cancellation or abandonment, obvious pricing errors, technical platform failures, or regulatory instruction. Void bets are returned to the User's Account as a stake refund.
9.3 Live / In-Play Betting
Live betting markets on cricket matches (PSL, ICC, domestic fixtures), football, UFC and other events are subject to faster settlement and real-time odds changes. betpeo is not liable for connectivity issues on the User's end that affect live bet placement.
9.4 Cricket Specific Rules
For Pakistan cricket, PSL and ICC tournament markets, outcomes are determined by official match results as declared by the relevant governing body. betpeo is not affiliated with the PCB, PSL, ICC or any cricket team. Delays or revisions to official results will affect settlement timelines.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the betpeo Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. betpeo reserves the right to take immediate action, including Account suspension, termination and forfeiture of funds, where prohibited conduct is identified:
Consequences: Where prohibited conduct is established, betpeo may void outstanding bets, withhold or confiscate Account balances, report the conduct to relevant authorities and permanently exclude the User from the Platform. Legal action may be pursued in cases of fraud or financial crime.

All content on the betpeo Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, data feeds, software, design elements and the betpeo brand — is the intellectual property of betpeo or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and intellectual property laws.
Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Reproduction, redistribution, modification, scraping, or commercial exploitation of any Platform content without prior written permission from betpeo is strictly prohibited.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, betpeo, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
betpeo's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount of your Account Balance at the time the claim arose, or PKR 10,000, whichever is the lesser amount — subject to applicable mandatory consumer protections that cannot be excluded by contract.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which betpeo is licensed and incorporated. Users who access the Platform from Pakistan do so entirely on their own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws, including but not limited to:
betpeo does not represent that access to or use of the Platform is lawful in Pakistan. Nothing in these Terms constitutes legal advice, and users are strongly encouraged to seek independent legal counsel before using the Platform if they are uncertain about local law.
Any dispute between you and betpeo shall be resolved through the dispute resolution mechanism set out in the operator's license conditions. betpeo will use reasonable efforts to resolve complaints through its internal complaints process before escalation.
betpeo reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Users via email or prominent on-Platform notice prior to the change taking effect. Non-material changes (such as typographical corrections or clarifications) may be made without specific notification.
Your continued use of the betpeo Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform before the amendment takes effect.
